Proper placement can be tricky. Pins are your best friends, pop a few and take a gander in the mirror before striking a needle.
It takes some fancy finger work to sew on the inside of long sleeves but get in a rhythm and you're home free. Finish off the knot on the inside by turning the sleeve inside out.
